Abstract：
对于高职班级管理方法,每个老师都有自己的想法.学生究竟需要管着,还是需要引导?本文浅论高职班级管理的重点,认为爱的教育在班级管理中有很大的作用.本文通过实际案例分析,分享班级管理上的感悟.从要做走在时间前面的人、善用鼓励促进成长、适当的奖励和温暖、永不放弃以及你是软肋也是铠甲五个方面,来论述在高职班级管理中,爱的教育产生的效果,从而得出爱的教育的重要性.
