Abstract：
随着我国新能源产业的发展,中高职院校新能源汽车专业人才的培养引起了社会各界的关注.新时期,绿色经济和生态成为主流发现,符合可持续发展理念,给中国经济和产业结构转型升级带来启示.汽车工业作为国民经济的重要组成部分,为了适应时代的发展趋势和社会的需求,开始研发新能源汽车.与此同时,对新能源汽车专业人员的需求也在增加.中高职院校作为新能源汽车人才培养的前沿阵地,应该重视人才培养模式、体系和方法.本文从实际出发,首先分析了中高职院校新能源汽车专业教育的现状,然后提出了新能源汽车专业人才的培养策略,希望能有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值.
