    随着我国经济发展的不断稳定,国家对素质教育的重视程度也越来越高,小学语文教学的核心素养不再是一味追求以传统教育理念教授知识,而是更加关注学生的接受能力,也更加注重以学生为主体,这些改变都将着重体现在学生的口语交际能力上.本文据此进行分析并提出培养策略.
