    Abstract：

    随着经济的不断发展,酒店行业的竞争越来越激烈,学校作为输出人才的主要来源应该将教学重心放在课程的优化上,为社会培养优秀的技术人员.文章对酒店服务绩效的组成和考核做了一些探讨,并且参考西方国家的教学理念,提出了优化酒店管理专业课程的方法,希望为酒店管理专业的发展提供理论基础.
