    Abstract：

    传统教学模式中教师们为了适应应试教育的趋势,往往采取直接将知识灌输给学生的教学方法,在该种模式下学生们由于自主性得不到发挥,被动学习而产生厌倦心理,学习效率也较差,达不到培养优秀人才的目的 .然而,在职高教学科目中,语文科目在传承我国优秀文化传统方面起着不可缺少的作用,为了让这一传承呈良好态势不断发展,教师们之间兴起了新的互助性教学模式,这种互动式的教学技巧依靠其科学以及有效的特点让语文教学呈现出了新的面貌,本文将对该技巧如何在职高语文教学中发挥作用进行了讨论.
