Abstract：
在多年的教学过程中,学生完成作业拖拖拉拉,回答问题吞吞吐吐,诸如此类的现象屡见不鲜.事实上,追本溯源,学生之所以会有这些不良表现,主要是因为他们在完成作业、回答问题以及与人合作的过程中等,缺乏主观能动性.对此,教师可以尝试将积极心理学运用于教育教学过程中,进而调动学生的学习积极性,发挥学生的主观能动性,稳步提升学生的学习效益.本文将在理论联系实际的基础上,围绕"巧评价、多赏识和有期望"等三个方面,谈一谈积极心理学在教育教学过程中的有效运用.
