企业对复合型、创新型人才的需求趋之若鹜.产教融合的人才培养模式,符合新时代、新职教的要求,柯桥区职校基于产教融合模式,通过校企合作多元化、教学模式改革[1]、"双栖"教师型队伍建设等措施,加快中职生与社会接轨.让每个学生的人生都能出彩,让每个学生都能脚踏实地地走向诗和远方.
