Abstract：
随着国家创新驱动发展战略的逐步深化,高校作为创新创业人才培养的主阵地,作为创新源头的蓄水池,担负着非常重要的使命.目前国内高校高价值专利培育与运营实施过程中出现了一些问题,如培育动力不足、转移转化路径不清和"复合型"运营管理人才匮乏等等.本文主要针对上述问题进行分析,从收益分配、培育路径、人才培养、工作机制和保障措施等方面提出了看法和建议.
