    Abstract：

    在新课程改革的背景下,学生的历史核心素养是高中有效教学中的一个热点问题,其不仅可以体现了素质教育而且还强调了人文主义教育.过去的历史课堂教育教学管理模式和教学设计思想不能满足要求学生个性化发展的需要.本文在教学实践的基础上,给探索高中生的历史核心素养培训战略上提出了一些建议.
