Abstract：
高校图书馆本质上属于公共文化单位,不仅为高校的教育和科研提供信息资源服务,同样,也是社会公共文化服务的主要机构.然而,当前高校图书馆在公共文化服务功能的发挥方面遇到了一些难题,该文通过分析这些问题,并且提出科研实现高校图书馆公共文化服务功能发挥的有效路径,从而让高校图书馆更好地发挥其服务职能,为社会大众做出更多贡献.
