小学生的年龄小、相对脆弱,情况复杂,对班主任的管理工作提出了很高的要求,班级管理是以班主任为核心的综合工作.班主任做好沟通艺术的应用对于提高学生文化课成绩,为学生创建更适宜的成长环境十分重要.班主任需要以尊重学生个性为前提,灵活优化管理措施,促进学生各方面能力的综合提升.
