    现如今,构建和谐校园需要关注校园的文化接受与发展,职业学校工会是开展学校管理的一个重要载体,有责任为校园营造良好的学习气氛.重视学校工会"去行政化"的管理研究的教育理论也掀起了关于中职学校工会"去行政化"的学术讨论,国家在"国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要"中明确提出了对教育"去行政化"的改革目标.
