    上课是教学工作实施的主要渠道,是教师的教和学生的学最直接的体现.传统的课堂中教师的"灌输式"的教学弊病良多,于是新课改要求教师走下讲台,积极引导学生,打破单向交流的错误方式,一切以学生为中心,一切为了学生的发展,使学生成为课堂学习的主角.
