Abstract：
小学阶段,班主任老师对一个孩子的成长及心理影响是最大的,在一个孩子人格形成、品质塑造、三观培养上具有引导性作用.一个孩子未来的成长或多或少都会受到曾经某个老师的某句话某个行为的影响,班主任老师是德育工作的重要践行者.小学班主任德育工作的落实,是学生健康成长,国家繁荣昌盛的关键一步.因此班主任必须关注学生的感情与生活需求,引导学生走上正确的人生道路,与学生共同成长.
