Abstract：
幼儿社会性行为中,除了竞争意识之外,还有一个重要组成部分——分享行为.幼儿成长过程中必须有意识对其进行分享意识的培养,引导幼儿把玩具等资源分享给他人,这样就能避免其自私自利,懂得分享才能实现和他人共享.幼儿教育工作者要对幼儿分享意识和分享行为进行探究,促使幼儿有良好的后天成长.
