    Abstract：

    游戏是观察儿童心灵的窗户,细心观察儿童的游戏行为是促进儿童发展的重要途径.我们通过研究,在区域游戏现场运用观察记录的方式,收集幼儿行为过程和日常经验的资料,建立了"观察四步骤",逐渐走进孩子的内心世界,读懂幼儿的游戏行为,获得对幼儿身心发展、游戏水平的真实了解,为教师指导游戏、提高幼儿区域游戏水平、促进幼儿身心发展提供依据.
