    "微课"作为一种新兴的教学方式,正在教育领域迅速发展着,对传统的教育方式和教育观念产生了巨大的冲击,也对教师的教学工作与学生的学习产生了深刻的影响.在初中化学教学的过程中,教育工作者应结合教学实际,正确应用"微课"进行教学,最大程度发挥"微课"的优势,提高教学质量.
