Abstract：
随着经济与科技的发展进步,图书馆为了向用户提供更加便捷、有效、积极主动的服务,在不断改善服务模式,力求提升服务效能.图书馆尝试从设施、理念、技术、制度等多个层面入手,全方位,多角度进行改革,以实现为用户提供更加人性化的服务.本文是作者结合实践经验,总结的一些提升图书馆服务效能的措施,希望能为用户提供更加满意的服务.
