Abstract：
随着我国社会经济的快速发展,建筑事业也呈现较大的进步,传统的造价管理模式已经无法满足建筑行业发展.本文分析了建筑工程造价管理与控制中在市场、管理及设计、招投标等方面存在的问题,在此基础上探讨了建筑工程造价管理和控制措施策略,以提高建筑工程造价管理水平.
