    Abstract：

    大学英语课堂仍然以教师为主导,教师的一言一行直接决定学生的课堂学习效果,乃至课后的巩固学习.本论文探究了教师对大学英语课堂的影响程度.研究表明影响大学英语课堂效果的教师因素主要为教师课堂组织活动、教师的个性特征、教师的教学技能、教学内容.这些因素比重不同,产生的影响程度也有差异.
