大功率IGBT驱动模块2SD315AI-33具有2路完全隔离的驱动电路,驱动电流大,拥有完善的过流、短路保护和电路监控功能.本文介绍了2SD315AI-33驱动器工作原理,设计了直接控制工作模式的接口电路及其测试电路,利用设备仪器开展功能和电参数测试,通过对其功能性能测试,掌握2SD315AI-33驱动模块工程应用中需要注意的事项.
