    Abstract：

    素质教育背景下,英语教学的关键是培养学生的合作意识和交流能力.有合作就会有交流,因此,合作性学习就显得尤为重要.合作学习是一种学习形式,也是一种教学策略,是以小组的形式组织学生进行学习.那么在推行素质教育的今天,作为一名英语教师,应当克服种种困难,引导学生进行合作性学习,想办法给学生创设真实情境,努力营造较真实的英语语言环境,使其合作学习能够春风化雨、润物无声,时时渗透在英语课堂教学中.
