班主任工作是一项长期的工作,我认为班主任工作既是一门综合性极强的学科,又是一门艺术.要干好班主任工作我们必须不断总结,不断反思.要不断学习新的理念,与时俱进,这样才能适应新课改的要求,才能培养出适应社会的优秀人才,我多年来工作实践与理论研究整理的可行性,与同事进行交流学习.
