Abstract：
近年来,我国综合国力得到了全面的发展,从而促进了新课程改革工作的全面落实,在这种发展形势下,大量的新型教学方式和教学方法被人们运用到教育教学活动之中,并且取得了良好的效果.创新教育是新课程标准中的一项重要内容,所以在组织开展高中历史教育教学工作的时候,教师不仅要关注学生的学习效果,并且要加大力度对学生的创新能力加以培养,促使学生学习效率的不断提升,从而从根本上促进教学效率和效果的提高.这篇文章主要针对高中历史教学和学生创新能力培养工作展开全面分析研究,希望能够对我国高中历史教学工作的良好发展有所帮助.
