    对于中职学生来说,他们学习的目标不是学习多少理论知识,重点是锻炼自己的能力,这才是最重要的.在餐饮服务与管理这门课程中,学生要在听课的过程中联想到自己的生活,这样才可以在学习理论知识后,将其真正运用到生活中,为自己在社会中立足做好准备.本文结合情景模拟教学法,针对餐饮服务与管理教学中存在的问题,提出了教学策略.
