    "听说读写"是学生学习一门语言所需掌握的几个重要方面,其中,写作一直以来被看作是教学中的重难点所在,如何更好地开展写作教学,在写作中凸显学生的个性成为小学语文教师关注的焦点问题.基于此,本文从自身的教学实践工作经验出发,针对如何开展小学语文个性化写作教学进行个人看法的阐述,以期为一线教育工作者提供必要的借鉴和参考.
