Abstract：
在体育教育中,核心素养概念的应用对增强学生的社会适应能力,形成有意识的锻炼习惯,发展学生的身心素质以及进行多元化的体育教育具有积极的作用.本研究以核心素养概念为基础,探索多元化体育教学改革的具体方法,为体育教育工作者更好地进行教学,提高学生的综合素养提供理论参考和帮助.
