Abstract：
随着社会的发展和不断地进步,科技水平也得到了一定的提高,现阶段社会上对高级技师人才尤其是PLC专业人才的需求数量逐渐增加,在专业学习的过程当中对人才的要求也变得越来越严格.为了在教学过程中培养出能够适应现阶段社会岗位需求的人才,就必须在教学过程当中打破传统的教学方式实现创新.而根据相关的研究调查表明,在教学过程中采用工学结合的教学方式能够让人才满足社会发展的需求.因此本文将主要对PLC实训教学如何实现工学结合展开相应论述.
