Abstract：
生活在社会环境中的每个公民,掌握基本的人际交往能力非常重要,只有当我们善于倾听和表达,才能与融洽与他人的相处,提升自己在社会环境中的生存能力.那么,作为首当其冲的倾听能力就显得尤为重要了,只有先善于倾听,从听中吸取知识养分,从听中悟中做人道理,才能更好丰富我们个人的思想涵养,更好地培养我们的人际交往能力,更能促进我们综合素养的发展.本文就初中道德与法治课程教学中,教师如何培养与训练学生的倾听能力做出具体的探究与分析.
