Abstract：
2020年初,一场突如其来的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情打破了我国正常的生产生活秩序.公共图书馆被迫作出临时闭馆措施,这期间读者无法到馆借阅图书.重新开馆后,各馆也加强了防疫管理,这使得部分读者不能适应新的变化,难免会产生一些负面情绪.图书馆要有预见性地去预防和化解这样的情绪,避免和读者产生矛盾.
