    Abstract：

    随着新课改的推进,教师也要构建高效的数学课堂,转变传统的教学模式,构建有效的教学情境,突出学生的主体,引导学生进行合作探究,从而发挥学生的主观能动性.教师要构建轻松民主的课堂氛围,激发学生的主动性,让学生的潜力得到发挥.这就需要教师不仅要给学生讲解具体的数学知识,也要教给学生学习的方法,提高教学的效率,从而为数学课堂注入新的活力.
