    初中生正处在身心素质培养与发展的重要时期,在学好科学文化课程的同时,一定要多涉及体育课类的活动,才能帮助自己放松紧张的情绪,以更好的姿态面对学习和生活.本文就从当前初中体育教学理念出发,对趣味田径的教学方法和教学应用做几点分析.
