    坚定的政治信仰、热爱本职岗位、迎难而上精神,共同组成合格思政课教师的基础条件.在教学中,课前充分准备是完成教学任务的首要条件,课上掌控能力是确保教学质量的关键环节,课后回顾咨询请教是教学设计的改善依据.教学中发现的问题可有力激发个人研究方向,循序拓展的研究深度逐渐提升教学理论水平,教学与研究的协调可收到事半功倍的效果,所以,教学与科研完美结合是事业不断升华的助推.
