    博物馆参观者的体验日益成为博物馆学的核心问题.为了吸引更多的观众,博物馆对观众的行为、态度和发展进行了系统的调查和评价,即所谓的以观众为中心的模式已经成为博物馆的主流模式.西方博物馆观众研究融合了不同的社会理论思想,其运作实践和理论日趋成熟,相较于国内的博物馆,我们在这方面还有很长的路要走.
