    教师课堂教学行为是教师为引导学生主动学习而采取的行为,是评价教师职业技能的重要因素,对学生的学习产生重要影响.有效的课堂教学行为促进学生的学习行为,对教学质量以及教学效果至关重要.本文将对课堂教学行为的含义及重要性、存在问题及优化教学行为的具体措施进行研究,为推动高中语文教学献计献策.
