    Abstract：

    高校不良网络借贷频发,导致学生财产、生命安全受到严重威胁,影响学校社会秩序,不利于社会和谐文明发展.究其原因主要是学生金融知识匮乏,网络借贷危害的隐蔽性和野蛮性,学生对危险情境处理的盲目性、妥协性.要杜绝高校不良网络借贷情况,必须加强网络借贷管理,提高学生安全意识,金融知识,加强家校合作.
