    Abstract：

    在体育课程中,跳绳是一项非常受欢迎的项目,开展花式跳绳具有非常大的意义.跳绳是小学体育中一项重要的教学内容,传统的跳绳教学,不论是跳法还是节奏,都比较单一,长此以往,难以激发起小学生们对跳绳的热爱和兴趣.为了更好地发挥跳绳在学生成长过程中的健身作用,不少教师都开始尝试花样跳绳,赋予跳绳更多新鲜的玩法.
