    Abstract：

    近年来,随着社会的进步,我国教育事业发展的越来越完善.本科生的教学管理方面迎来了新的挑战,这对本科教育提出了更高层次的要求,即不但要在数量上取胜,教学质量更是不能落后,对中国高校本科生教育方式进行改革创新迫在眉睫.只有通过这种方式才能逐步形成管理为中心,教师和同学共同发展,能够具有代表性且具有说服力的体现高效管理的核心,从而健全教学管理新体系.
