作为培养德智体美劳全面发展的综合性人才的摇篮,高等院校的教育工作的开展事关重大,辅导员在高校教育管理中至关重要.本文从学生管理和辅导员管理工作中已经出现的问题出发,提出针对性建议,为新时代态势下高校辅导员队伍的建设和发展提供更多思路.
