    Abstract：

    随着现代教学理论的发展和进步,在教学中采取多元的因地制宜教学策略成为教学质量提升的重要方向和思路.英语教学是长期积累的学科,学生在初始学习阶段差异化的前提下,能否进行有效的同步教学是需要认真的问题.再加上学生的学习兴趣和教师的教学差异,分层教学成为英语教学必然采取的方式之一.对此本文就将对分层教学法在初中英语教学中的应用进行分析和讨论,希望能够给相关教学的有效开展提供参考和帮助.
