    赏识教育不仅仅是对学生表扬加鼓励,更是从心底里赏识学生的行为,多从学生的角度出发思考问题,让教育充满人情味、充满生命力,让学生在被赏识的过程中获得收获感、幸福感,继而在学习上产生更强的动力,教师需要正确地看待赏识教育的意义,将之应用在小学语文教学中,继而提升教学效率.
