    Abstract：

    国家实行多轮课改目的都是为国家培养高端人才,而数学作为基础学科又是培养文理科人才必修科目,因此要想实现课改的目标,就对中学数学教师的能力素质提出更高的标准和要求,因此要想培养优秀的数学师范类毕业生为中学数学输送优秀的教师,必须对数学师范类毕业生能力和素质进行综合锻炼和培养,使之适应社会及国家对数学人才的需求.
