    Abstract：

    小学学校管理工作的实施效果,对于学校管理目标的实现与学生的全面发展具有十分重要的影响.但是新时期背景下,许多小学学校的管理工作存在着问题,如管理制度不健全、管理观念落后与过分重视硬件管理等,对此学校的管理者,务必提高重视程度,针对现存的问题进行深入研究,以自身的发展状况制定出有效地应对策略,以此保证小学学校各项工作的有序进行,为学生的健康成长提供重要保障.
