    心理健康教育在近年来是学校教学的重要组成元素.随着学科素养培养的持续深入,德智体美劳全面教学的持续推进,我们所关注的不再是学生在成绩上的表现,而是学生的心理健康问题.本文立足于心理健康疏导的作用,探究心理健康教育在小学班级管理中的渗透作用,进而阐述心理健康教育在小学班级管理中的重要影响.
