    教育的终极目标是获取心灵的自由,教育的最终价值在于把孩子培养成具有健全人格的人.于漪老师与程红兵老师在数年的语文教学实践中,探索出"语文人格教育"的理念.本文在对两位教师的教育生涯、理论内涵阐述的基础上,进一步探索"语文人格教育"对当今语文教学读写实践的启示.
