高中时期,是学生的最重要的过渡期,在高中这一阶段里,学生不管是从心理上还是生理上,都会面临着很大的困惑,或多或少的都有压力.这也就为高中班主任的班级管理带来了挑战.本文即从高中班主任的班级管理现状出发,从自身、学生和家长的角度不断地研究,提高班主任班级管理的技巧,在改革创新中增强学生的自信,做学生成长过程中的引航人,让学生自由自在,快快乐乐的度过高中阶段,向人生的又一阶段勇敢的出发.
