Abstract：
关于心理健康教育的话题一直以来都是素质教育改革的热点话题,随着社会的快速发展,学生们所面临的压力也越来越大.在日益增大的压力面前,如何始终保持一个良好的心态,更好地迎接和适应来自各方面的压力,是决定学生以后发展道路和发展前景的重要因素.而语文学课作为人文科目,在培育学生的心理承压能力方面具有独特的学科优势.文章主要分析了心理健康教育在高中时期语文课堂上的具体实施策略,以期给广大语文教师提供借鉴.
