    随着新课改理念在教育界的不断发展和深入,多元化的教学方法逐渐在各个年级的教学过程中逐渐兴起,多元化的教学理念与当下的教育模式相融合已成了教育行业发展的大势所趋.因此,小学数学教师要充分利用多元化的数学学科教学策略,制定科学合理的教学计划和设计,从而全面培养学生的思维能力、学习能力和解题能力,推动学生数学学科核心素养的同步发展和提升.
