    高校是思想政治教育的前沿征地,高校组织建设的前提是解决好基层组织问题,而这必须依靠基层干部来落实中央和国家的各项方针政策,积极应对基层组织建设中出现的各种问题.本文以高校基层组织干部为研究对象,运用多种调研方法,探讨其宗旨意识、政治意识等问题,并提出解决方案.
