    为构建切实可行、行之有效的教学质量监控体系,稳步提升教学质量,针对应用型本科院校教学质量监控过程中存在的问题,结合应用型地方本科院校实际情况,提出质量监控原则,构建教学质量监控机制,促进教学管理的规范化,提高教学和人才培养质量,具有一定的借鉴价值.
